As the practice continues to grow, they are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and supportive team.

About the Role:
You will work closely with architects and project leaders to support the technical delivery of residential and hospitality projects across various stages. This includes producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating consultant information, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT membership desirable)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with residential or hospitality sector exposure
  • Proficient in Revit, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to develop professionally
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

    Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Ensure designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project progress and resolve technical challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
  • Utilise CAD and BIM software to create and manage design documentation.
  • Maintain project records and contribute to technical reports.
