About the Role:
Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of exciting residential and hotel projects, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' Revit experience, with a proven back ground working on residential schemes and hotel developments from concept through to construction stages.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technologist who is seeking to take on a leadership role within a respected practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.
- Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Proven track record delivering residential and hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
- Excellent technical design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for quality design and technical delivery.
Role Within Practice
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit.
- Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Oversee the development of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages.
