Introduction

Sterling Arrow is working in partnership with a leading, award-winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford to recruit an experienced Associate Revit Technologist. Known for delivering large-scale, design-led residential and mixed-use developments, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a senior technical expert to play a key role in leading project delivery and mentoring junior team members.

The Role:
As an Associate Revit Technologist, you will take a lead role in the technical design and coordination of large residential and mixed-use projects. Working closely with architects, urban designers, and consultants, you will oversee the production of detailed Revit models and drawing packages from concept through to construction, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • Chartered membership with CIAT, RIBA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in technical design, ideally within the residential or mixed-use sectors
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, with a portfolio of delivered projects
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating consultant information and managing technical teams
